Adult Content

Indemnification

Termination

Acknowledgement and Agreement

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
This Agreement is binding upon and will insure to the benefit of both parties and their respective successors and assigns.
